All eligible items are dispatched through Royal Mail within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds. Items are carefully & professionally wrapped, so you receive your item in perfect condition. Items bought over the weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the 1st postal day.
Items should be received within 2-3 working days. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item within this time, please allow 10 working days for delivery before contacting us, as the Royal Mail does not consider an item lost before that time (15 days for international).
After receiving the item, cancel the purchase within 30 days. The buyer pays for the return postage and is responsible for return postage costs.

How Long Do I Have to Exchange/Return an Item?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your delivery to return goods from your order for an exchange or refund. We do allow slightly longer to return items for an exchange or credit note. Please note we do not accept any items back after 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
